We have a modern milling section with the latest machinery and CAD/CAM software to produce complex, precision milled parts to a very high standard. Our operators are highly trained to use these machines to their full capacity. We offer CNC Milling from 3 axis through to full 5 axis simultaneous machining. We also have a range of semi-CNC and manual machines.

Our Hermle 5 axis machining centres have high spindle speeds (up to 18000 RPM) for high speed machining with superior surface finish and accuracy whilst our Hardinge and Bridgeport machines are suited to heaver, conventional type CNC Milling.

Our milling capacity is up to 1000mm x 600mm x 600mm (3 axis) and up to 850mm x 700mm x 500mm (5 axis). We also use the very latest CAD/CAM Software from Delcam to ensure our customers get the best service possible from our milling section.

Our milling machines include:

1 x Hermle C40U 5 Axis maching centre.

1 x Mazak VMC Nexus 510C with 4th Axis

• 2 x Hermle C20U 5 axis machining centres
• 1 x Hardinge Bridgeport VMC 1000 XP3 machining centre with Nikken 4th axis
• 1 x Bridgeport VMC 600 XP2 machining centre
