| We have a modern milling section with the latest machinery
and CAD/CAM software to produce complex, precision milled parts to
a very high standard. Our operators are highly trained to use these
machines to their full capacity. We offer CNC Milling from 3 axis
through to full 5 axis simultaneous machining. We also have a range
of semi-CNC and manual machines.
Our Hermle 5 axis machining centres have high spindle speeds (up to 18000 RPM) for high speed machining with superior surface finish and accuracy whilst our Hardinge and Bridgeport machines are suited to heaver, conventional type CNC Milling. Our milling capacity is up to 1000mm x 600mm x 600mm (3 axis) and up to 600mm x 450mm x 450mm (5 axis). We also use the very latest CAD/CAM Software from Delcam to ensure our customers get the best service possible from our milling section. Our milling machines include:
